The 21st International Conference on „Horizons In Hydrogen Bond Research” is to be held between September 13 and September 18 in Wrocław, Poland.
Wrocław, the largest city in western Poland, has a population of nearly 650,000. Lying on the banks of the Odra, it is a unique city situated in 12 islands linked by 112 bridges. As the main city of Lower Silesia, Wrocław is the region’s administrative, economic, educational, scientific and cultural capital. More than 100,000 students are enrolled at Wrocław thirteen institution of higher education, the best-know of which is the 300-years old the University of Wrocław.
In 2016 Wrocław will be a European Capital of Culture. For more information see:

Wrocław is easily reached by plane and train connections from many large European cities.

The conference site is located in a modern building of the “Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy, University of Wrocław “ (Wydział Prawa, Administracji i Ekonomii) at Uniwersytecka Street. The conference venue is situated right in the city center (ca. 300 m from the old Market Square). It is walking distance from many of the hotels in the city center, as well as easily reached by public transportation within the city limits.

The conference started on Monday morning, September 14, and ended on Friday around noon, September 18. A welcome party is planned in the evening of Sunday, September 13, whereas a conference dinner on Thursday, September 17.

Free time allowing the attendance of guided excursions and allowing free visits to the old city centre is also foreseen.
